How to Order

1. After deciding what you want to buy, click on the
   Order Form link for the format of the form and copy it into Words or Excel.
   



2. Fill up the form accordingly and email to us at dashingcloset@gmail.com
   



3. Wait for our Confirmation email. We will reply you within 48 hours.
   



4. Please make your payments within 48 hours upon receiving our Confirmation email and inform us via SMS or email after you have made your payment.
   



5. All orders will be consolidated and sent out to the supplier within 3 days after the end of the spree.
   



6. Shipment will take around 3 to 4 weeks or even more depending on the seller's speed. In the meantime, we will update you on your ordering status through our website.
   



7. Once shipment has arrived and items are ready for collection, we will inform you via email.

• Medium & Big Accessories (including Sunglasses), Tops, Shorts, Skirt, Tees: $3 per item


• Cardigan, Sweater, Hoodie, Dress, Long Tops, Jumper, 2 Pcs Tops: $3.5 per item


• Bags, Shoes, Jacket, Jeans, Wool top, Pants: $5 per item


• Small Bags(Less than 20cm): $4.5 per item


• Boots: $6 per pair

For Standard Mail

• Accessories, Tubes, Leggings, Scarfs, Bikini, Belt - $1 for the first item, subsequent item @ $0.50 each


• Tops, Shorts, Skirts, Tees - $1.50 for first item, subsequent item @ $0.50 each


• Cardigan, Sweater, Hoodie, Long tops, Dress, Jumper, 2 Pcs Tops - $2 for first item, subsequent item @ $1 each


• Bags, Shoes, Jackets, Jeans, Pants, Wool top - $3 for first item, subsequent item @ $1.50 each


• Boots - $3.50 for first pair, subsequent item @ $2 per pair

For Registered Mail

Add $2.24 to standard mail charges for better protection and security of items


Meet-up Charges

**Mass meet-ups are only available at Boon Lay MRT Station**

• Boon Lay MRT Station: FREE


• Choa Chu Kang/City Hall/Yishun MRT Station (subject to availability) : $1 per spree

Terms and Conditions

** Please read the terms and conditions before placing any orders. Upon placing an order with Dashing Closet, I will take it that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions stated completely. **

1. There will be NO REFUND for any cancellation of order.



2. We reserve the rights to cancel any spree due to poor response. Any payments made will be fully refunded when the spree is cancelled.



3. We will not be responsible for any lost and damage of the items during shipment.



4. We will not be responsible for any lost of mail or damage of items posted out.



5. Please check the details in your order form carefully before submitting. In the event of discrepancies in the information provided, we will order according to the information provided in the order form. We will not be responsible for any wrong items ordered.



6. Please understand that all sales are FINAL and we will not accept any exchange or refund of item(s) bought unless paid item has major defects (Please refer to Point 9).



7. The image of the items may slightly differ due to color resolution.



8. For goods that are Out Of Stock, FULL payment will be refunded.



9. For items with major defects (E.g. Hole on item), echange will be made only if item is returned in the unused and original condition. Shipping and Handling charge imposed for the exchange item will paid by the customer.



10. All payments have to be made within 48 hours once we have confirmed your order. For payments that have not been made, orders will not be taken into account.



11. No changes are allowed once orders have been sent to the supplier.



12. The shipment period taken for each spree may vary between 4 – 8 weeks and for items that require re-stocking may take more than 8 weeks.
